Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs: lovely yellow egg yolk, great for salads, any dish or breakfast, ready in 7 minutes.
7large eggs – refrigerated
Place 7 refrigerated eggs in a small pot and cover with cold water. Cover with lid and bring to boil on medium-high or high heat.
As soon as it boils, lower heat to low and slightly open the lid. Cook for exactly 7 minutes, not more. Pour cold water into cooked eggs and keep them in cold water for 10-15 minutes until they are no longer warm. Peel the eggs when cooled and they are ready to eat or use. The yolk center will be perfect yellow. Enjoy!!
