Deflate the dough and turn out onto floured surface. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces. Make round balls. Place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper 2” apart (you don’t need to oil parchment paper). Again, cover with clean cloth and let rise for about 40 minutes at room temperature until doubled. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden. Keep the French bread buns in a cloth until cooled and enjoy while fresh or refrigerate in Ziploc bag when cooled for up to a week.
