The Strawberry Cool Whip Dessert is a 2 ingredient marvelous quick dessert that had become a staple at our family get-together and it’s a personal favorite at my home. It’s so simple, takes only 10 minutes to make and great for last minute guests. I usually make it on a regular day when I noticed I have some strawberries going bad in my refrigerator. Cut off the un-tasty and chop the tasty and you’ve got a dessert in front of you. One time I tried beating heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar to substitute the cool whip, but it wasn’t as tasty – it tested like flour in strawberries, so I think it’s best to stick to cool whip. 🙂

Strawberry Cool Whip Ingredients:

  • 16 oz strawberries (preferably organic)
  • 4 tablespoons cool whip (use measuring spoon to scoop it) – or to taste
1. Wash and paper towel dry 16 oz strawberries. Remove leafs and with help of knife, take out the green part in each strawberry. Chop strawberries 1/2″ cubes. Add cool whip and gently fold in cool whip into berries to avoid mushing them. Serve right away so that cool whip doesn’t turn into milk. Yes it’s that simple. Enjoy!!!
